Candle care
CANDLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

FOR MOULD CANDLES (WITHOUT CONTAINER)

-
Trim the Wick: Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive smoke and ensure a clean flame.
-
Burn on a Heat-Resistant Surface: Always place mould candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface to catch any dripping wax.
-
First Burn: Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface melts to avoid uneven burning or tunneling.
-
Avoid Drafts: Keep your candle away from fans or open windows, as drafts can cause uneven burning or wax splatter.
-
Burn Time: Don’t burn for more than 2-3 hours at a time to preserve the shape and longevity of the candle.
FOR CONTAINER CANDLES

-
Trim the Wick: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use to avoid soot and ensure a steady, clean burn.
-
First Burn: Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling and ensure an even melt pool.
-
Burn Time: Limit burning sessions to 3-4 hours to prevent the container from overheating.
-
Cool Between Burns: Let the candle cool and solidify between burns for a longer-lasting and safer experience.
-
Keep it Clean: Ensure the wax surface is free from debris to maintain a clean, even flame.
FOR CANDLE-MAKING KITS (AT HOME)

-
Follow Instructions: Carefully follow the provided instructions for safe and effective candle-making at home.
-
Wick Placement: Secure your wick in the center of the container using the included stickers and wooden holders for an even burn.
-
Pour Safely: When melting and pouring wax, handle with care and avoid direct contact with hot wax.
-
Cure Time: Allow your candles to cure for 24-48 hours before burning for the best results.
-
Burn Wisely: Once your homemade candle is ready, trim the wick to 1/4 inch and follow the same care tips for container or mould candles.
With proper care, your candles will burn beautifully and last longer!
